Clear written procedures are in place to handle compliments or concerns expressed to School.
By telephone - a verbal acknowledgement within two working days and an agreed date for providing a response within 10 working days.
In writing - a written acknowledgement within three working days and response within 10 working days.
If in exceptional circumstances, we are unable to resolve your complaint within these timescales, we will continue to keep you informed about how your complaint is being progressed.
If you are not satisfied with the way the complaint has been dealt with, then you can contact the Parent Governors, then the Chair of Governors and finally Local Education Authority.
