If there is a problem, it will be dealt with in the first instance by the teacher in charge and the Head of Department. More persistent problems will involve the student's Tutor and Head of Year. In serious cases, an Assistant Head or the Headteacher will be consulted. Our policy is to contact parents so that we can work together to tackle the problem.
