Vulnerable Children

"Learning Mentor provision penetrates through the School raises pupils' level of self confidence and makes pupils feel safe". (OFSTED October 2004)

Three skilled and dedicated Learning Mentors form an important part of the School's inclusion service, identifying and overcoming barriers to learning. Essentially, the role of the Learning Mentors is that of supporting students in achieving their full potential.

Each Learning Mentor has a wide range of skill's and expertise which support and enhance the Pastoral system. In addition a number of our pupils are peer mentors.
